User Agreement

Thank you for choosing SLE Planner Inc. as your support partner in preparing for employment in in-demand occupations in Canada. This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in our program. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Nature of Services

SLE Planner Inc. provides weekly support group sessions designed to prepare participants for employment in in-demand occupations in Canada. These sessions are educational and advisory, offering general guidance, resources, and tools to help you become job-ready.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Get Certified for In-Demand Occupations: Receive expert guidance on the certifications needed to secure in-demand roles in Canada and enhance your employability.

• TEER Matching & Document Preparation: Assistance in aligning your experience with the correct TEER category, preparing employment reference letters, and completing Educational Credential Assessments (ECA).

• PR Document & Credential Preparation: Guidance on securing essential certifications and credentials to boost employability and enhance PR eligibility.

• Weekly Catch-Up & Progress Tracking: Stay on track with your goals through weekly check-ins, where I personally guide and support you. Limited to 7 students per session to ensure personalized interaction and tailored advice.

Upgrade Services 

• French Preparation to Boost Points (Additional Fees Apply): Improve your French proficiency to boost your score, with an option to upgrade for personalized tutoring by an experienced French instructor.

• Jobs with PR Pathways (Additional Fees Apply): Get personalized guidance, access in-demand job listings, and connect with Canadian employers who can support your permanent residency application.

• Access to Immigration Consultant Support (Additional Fees Apply): Receive professional advice from certified consultants to navigate your immigration process with ease.

Please note:

• SLE Planner Inc. does not guarantee employment or permanent residency outcomes.

• This program is for preparation purposes only and should not be considered an employment agency or direct immigration service provider.

2. Subscription Fees & No Refund Policy

Participation in the program is subject to a monthly subscription fee.

• Fees are subject to change at the discretion of SLE Planner Inc., and changes will be communicated in advance.

• Your continued use of the service after any fee adjustment constitutes your agreement to the new fee structure.

• No Refund Policy: All payments made to SLE Planner Inc. are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee or any service-related payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, missed sessions, or program withdrawal.

3. Immigration Advice and Resources

• General immigration resources and information will be provided as part of the program.

• For case-specific immigration questions or advice, participants must consult our affiliated licensed immigration consultant.

• Consultations with the immigration consultant are subject to additional fees, payable directly to the consultant.

4. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend the weekly sessions and actively participate in the program.

• Utilize the resources provided by SLE Planner Inc. solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

• Refrain from sharing or distributing proprietary materials provided during the sessions without prior written consent from SLE Planner Inc.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• Participants may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• SLE Planner Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to the program for any participant who violates this agreement or engages in inappropriate conduct during the sessions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

SLE Planner Inc. will not be held liable for:

• Employment or immigration outcomes based on the advice or resources provided in the program.

• Actions or decisions made by participants using the information obtained through the program.

Participants are advised to seek professional assistance where necessary, particularly in immigration matters.

7. Changes to the Agreement

SLE Planner Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By subscribing to SLE Planner Inc.’s program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
