1. Processing time for a letter of acceptance (LOA) submission takes 24-48 hours upon receipt of complete documents and payment.


2. The letter of acceptance (LOA) timeline depends on each school and program, and it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.


3. The SLE service fee is non-refundable. The service is solely to help the student on choosing the program suitable to the applicant and assisting them to get the letter of acceptance (LOA).


4. The SLE service fee is only for the service of applying at the school on the behalf of the applicant and does guarantee a letter of acceptance (LOA). It is the school's decision on whether they accept the applicant and how they assess whether the applicant meets the program requirements.


5. Please understand that some schools differentiate between different nationalities and whether they waive the application fee for them or not. This is not up to SLE Planner and not meant to discriminate any applicant based on their nationality.


6. SLE Planner is solely providing a mentorship. Mentorship is not intended to replace the role of the immigration consultant. We are not giving any immigration consultation. Any immigration questions will not be entertained.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon issuance of the letter of acceptance, it is the responsibility of the applicant to check the withdrawal/refund policy of the school before initiating the deposit payment. As per school policy, the tuition fee deposit is non-refundable unless the visa is refused (with admin charges of less than $300 - depends on the school). Please ensure to check the school policy before making the payment.


Paying this invoice will serve as a confirmation that you read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions.
