About Brian:

The largest decision of Brian's life was made in the shortest amount of time despite the fact that he is a registered pharmacist in the Philippines with more than three years of experience in a community environment.

In order to start his Business Management and Entrepreneurship programme at Algonquin College Ottawa in the spring of 2021, he recently made the decision to go from the Philippines to Canada.

He just received his diploma confirmation from Algonquin College. He began studying during the pandemic but made learning more interesting because he was taught to adapt to the constantly evolving world of business.

Since he is dedicated to sharing advice on how to be an international student in Canada, he has gained popularity on Tiktok.

He was also hired to serve as the Social Media Ambassador at Algonquin College's Southeast Asia-Philippines Social Media Ambassador for two terms, where he welcomed all Filipino international students to the college.

Claire De Vera

"Studying at Niagara College online is a new experience to me. It helps me manage my own time using several tools like Blackboard calendar or MS Outlook. The teachers are accommodating and helpful especially to international students like me during this challenging time of pandemic."

Jennefer Millan

"Have an understanding and accommodating professors that are willing to answer my queries through email. They give advices on how to manage my time schedule in a week. Being a student at NC is challenging but proper time management and perseverance to learn new things will surely help you get through each semester."

Kareen Uy

"Additionally, various services are available to address the different needs of students. Also, going forward in the program becomes a lot easier and learning is more fun and meaningful as I build acquaintances along the way. Overall, I am having a great experience as a student at Niagara College."
